Polaroids + Hearts = Simply Lovely

How easy would this be to recreate?  I sold some of my art work that was hanging in my room in our last garage sale.  The space is looking a little bare.  This would do just the trick, I think.  Still going along the lines of simplifying.  No need to buy anything and easy to move.  Just goes to show, design doesn't have to be expensive.  

Another idea.
